I attended a four week course with Asha and really appreciated the way she shared examples from her own life and how mindfulness helped her overcome both big and everyday challenges. She talked about her own practice and showed how to use mindfulness and kindness in daily life. I could feel that she spoke from experience and that she genuinely cares about mindfulness, that she believes it can bring us a lot of benefits.
