Hi, I’m Asha, a mindful-alignment and transformation coach with a passion for facilitating radical change in individuals and society. I’ve spent more than 500 days in Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh’s mindfulness center, trained as a teacher with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, taught in the UK and Denmark, and am now venturing into online offerings.

“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

I firmly believe that we all have the answers we seek already inside us, yet it can sometimes be difficult to find them on our own. Mindful-Alignment Coaching helps us to access our inner wealth of wisdom and insight, transport us beyond limiting beliefs, and cultivate the freedom to live true to ourselves—while deepening compassion and spunky equanimity! Yes, there is nothing dull or indifferent about real equanimity, it is vibrant, creative and truly alive.

We can read about mindfulness and watch videos, but when it comes to doing it in daily life we often encounter challenges that books and videos can’t help us with. This is when it is invaluable to have an experienced guide. I’m here to support you in applying mindfulness to your individual situation so that you can live in full alignment with spunky equanimity.

Like many people, it was challenging times that really motivated me to incorporate mindfulness into daily life. I was in severe pain with damaged shoulders and spine. My doctor told me this was unlikely to improve. I had very limited mobility, was unable to work, sustained the financial crisis that tends to accompany such a predicament, and couldn’t see any way forward. Hello anxiety, depression and sheer desperation. It was one of those impossible situations where something had to change, and the only thing I could change was to become more mindful. And that is how I discovered that the single most impactful thing we can do is learn to become more mindful!

Today things look very different, I’m almost pain free, have regained mobility to a degree I could never have imagined–one small mindful step at a time–discovered spunky equanimity, and am living true to myself.

It took me a very long time to get from where I was to where I am now. If I’d had a coach back then I could have liberated myself much sooner, and completely changed the quality of several years of my life.

Now I want to share with you the skills that were utterly transformational for me.

I am currently offering three free coaching sessions for those who want to be part of the shift towards a more beautiful society and are ready to boost their journey of inner transformation.

I will cover costs. There is no obligation for you beyond having the same commitment to showing up and opening to transformation as if you were receiving paid coaching.

Places are limited. Sessions booked but not attended without giving two days notice (unless there is an emergency) will result in further free sessions being cancelled and given to someone else. Likewise, being more than 10 minutes late will forfeit that session and may result in cancellation of future free sessions.
