Mindful awareness is the gateway to freedom! In these empowering meditation sessions we will go more deeply into our true nature, cultivate ease and equanimity, and open to our full potential.
As a teacher and coach with decades of mindfulness experience, I know the power of these practices to create profound change. Mindful awareness transformed my life–from living with constant immobilizing pain, through deeply empowering acceptance and peace around the pain, to almost pain free and a whole new view of life. Now I’m on a mission to support others in experiencing similarly game-changing transitions.
After each meditation there will be an opportunity to chill together, share what is in our hearts, and ask questions about meditation or applying mindfulness in daily life. Whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for years, you’re warmly welcomed here.

An Offering From the Heart
All my work–coaching, courses, and guided meditations live–is offered on a conscious contributions basis, which means people are free to offer according to their means and their heart. It is important to me that nobody is excluded for financial reasons, so please don’t be shy to join if you have nothing, I want to include you. For those with an income above poverty or above average you are invited to make an offering consistent with your means and your heart. I don’t have another income source, so this really matters to me.
This system works on trust, reciprocity, and compassion. It is an offering from my heart–the only wealth I currently have–and ensures that everyone has equal access to these valuable resources. Please consider a donation of any size.
