Whether you would like to generate more happiness, calm, ease, freedom, clarity, insight, intuition, confidence, compassionate boundaries, resilience, or energy, mindfulness has tools to help.
After each meditation there will be an opportunity to share what is in your heart and ask questions about meditation or applying mindfulness in your individual situation. Whether you are new to meditation or have been on the path for years, I’m here to support you in deepening your mindful experience, so have your questions ready!

Sessions are run on a conscious exchange basis: members pay what feels right for them and their situation.

All my work–coaching, courses, and guided meditation–is offered on a conscious exchange basis, which means people can pay according to their means and their heart.
I don’t have another income source, so this really matters to me.
