This meditation guides us through somatic awareness, as well as insight into our vast, unified nature, beyond limiting beliefs.

Meditation Position

For those who would like instruction on how to sit during meditation, this video gives options for varying levels of physical ability.

When I began meditating seriously, my physical condition was such I couldn’t do any of them so I learnt to meditate on my back. Meditation is for everyone; if you need to meditate horizontal or reclined, that is fine too. We don’t need to begin our meditation practice with a painathon.
