Join me for a live online introduction to mindfulness course, completely free!

Together we will explore the skills and benefits of mindful awareness and enjoy some guided meditations, rich discussions, and Q & A sessions.

Whether you would like to reduce stress, increase clarity, sleep better, transform limiting beliefs, uplift the mind, soften pain, soothe painful feelings, change habits, gain equanimity, or increase your sense of well being, mindful awareness has the power to help. And anyone can do it. You, dear friend, can do it.

The course will run for approximately one hour. You can choose to join on Wednesdays at 7pm BST or Saturdays 11am BST The first session will be on Wednesday 14th August, and repeated on Saturday 17th August.

The course will be run by Asha, an experienced mindfulness practitioner who has spent more than 500 days in Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh’s mindfulness center, and trained as a teacher with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.

Asha also has a certificate in person centered counseling from the University of Nottingham, a certificate in coaching conversations from Imperial College London, and a passion to support you in developing greater calm, happiness and liberation.

This class is offered freely as part of my accreditation practicum. An audio of the events will be recorded for assessment purposes, this will only be shared with my mentor who is professionally bound to complete confidentiality.
